Terms of Use

These Terms apply when you use eastbournpress.com or buy any course from Eastbourn, LLC, doing business as Eastbourn Press ("Eastbourn Press," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying a course, you agree to them.
1. Your course access
When you buy a course, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own, non-commercial purposes. That means:
Please don't share your login or course materials, or resell, copy or republish them.
We may suspend access if an account is clearly being shared or misused.
How long you have access. You'll have online access to the course for at least 12 months from your purchase date, and for as long as we continue to offer it after that. You can also download the lesson audio and written versions to keep for your own personal use, for good. If we ever retire a course or close the website, we'll give enrolled students at least 30 days' notice by email so you can download anything you haven't already.
2. Not medical advice
Our books and courses are general education about habits and behavior. They are not medical, nutritional or psychological advice, and they aren't a substitute for care from a qualified professional. James Goldney is not a doctor or nutritionist.
If you have diabetes, take blood-sugar medication, are pregnant, or have any health condition, talk to your doctor before changing how you eat.
Our courses aren't designed for eating disorders. If you're struggling with one, please contact a specialist or the National Alliance for Eating Disorders.
3. No guaranteed results
People's results vary. Any examples or research we share describe general findings, not a promise of what you'll experience.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Free gifts
Some courses include a free Kindle book as a thank-you. Gifts are sent separately, are available only where stated (currently US Amazon accounts), aren't part of the purchase price, and can't be exchanged for cash.
6. Intellectual property
All course content, including audio, text, images and tools, belongs to Eastbourn Press or its licensors and is protected by copyright. "SAY YES!" and our book titles are used by us to identify our work.
7. Feedback
If you send us feedback, comments or testimonials, we may use them to improve our courses. We'll only quote you publicly with your permission, and only by first name (and last initial if you agree).
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Eastbourn Press isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or courses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the course in question.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
