Our 30-day "try it" guarantee
If a course isn't right for you, email info@eastbournpress.com within 30 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked. You don't need to explain why, but we're always grateful to hear what didn't work.
How it works
Email info@eastbournpress.com from the address you used to buy, with "Refund" in the subject line.
We'll process your refund within 2 business days.
Stripe returns the money to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
Once a refund is processed, course access ends.
Your free Kindle book
If you received a free Kindle book with your course, it's yours to keep after a refund.
