Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Eastbourn, LLC, doing business as Eastbourn Press ("Eastbourn Press," "we," "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you visit eastbournpress.com, join our email list, or buy our courses.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us: your name and email address when you sign up for a free guide or buy a course, plus anything you send us by email or through a feedback form.
Purchase information: when you buy, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number. We receive a record of the purchase: your name, email, amount, date and country.
Usage information: like most websites, we and our service providers automatically collect basic technical data, such as browser type, device, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address. We use cookies and similar technologies to do this (see section 5).
On-device data: some course tools, like the SAY YES! page, store small amounts of information (such as a "cravings caught" count) only in your own browser. We don't receive it.
2. How we use your information
To deliver what you asked for: course access, login emails, free guides and your Kindle gift link
To send course emails and, if you've signed up, occasional emails about our books and courses
To answer your questions and process refunds
To understand and improve our website, courses and emails
To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements
We don't sell your personal information.
3. Emails
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We may still send essential messages about a purchase, such as login or refund emails.
4. Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:
Website, email and course platform: Systeme.io (hosts our pages, email list and course area)
Payments: Stripe
Analytics: Google Analytics
Advertising: Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, to measure how our ads perform and show our ads to people who have visited our site
Kindle gifts: Amazon. If you buy a course that includes a free Kindle book, we send your gift through Amazon's "Buy for Others" feature, which uses your email address.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights.
5. Cookies
We use cookies to keep the site working, remember your login, and understand how visitors use our pages. Analytics and advertising cookies help us measure what's working. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features, like logging in, may not work without them.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as you have an account or are on our email list, and as long as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes (purchase records usually for up to 7 years). You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see section 8).
7. Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.
8. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you marketing emails, by writing to info@eastbournpress.com. Depending on where you live (for example California, the EU or the UK), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them as the law requires.
9. Children
Our website and courses are meant for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
